Hydrogen and nitrogen automatic mixing device
The nitrogen and hydrogen automatic proportioning device is mainly used for nitrogen hydrogenation deoxygenation or nitrogen and hydrogen ratio, to achieve the mixture of nitrogen and hydrogen in a certain proportion, to meet the gas requirements of nitrogen and hydrogen mixing in a specific proportion, and to achieve the automatic proportioning and regulation of hydrogen and nitrogen.
Process principle:
A hydrogen analyzer and PID regulator drive a flow regulator or mass flowmeter that regulates the hydrogen flow to achieve a proportional mix of hydrogen and nitrogen. It is suitable for nitrogen and hydrogen mixing with large flow rate and percentage accuracy requirement.
