Gas purification (DCZ-1 hydrogenation deoxygenation) nitrogen hydrogenation deoxygenation purification technology is a method for preparing high-purity gases. It is suitable for high-purity gases required in fields such as electronics, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, etc., such as hydrogen, nitrogen, argon, oxygen, etc. This technology not only makes the gas cleaner, but also improves the reliability of the process, promotes equipment lifespan, and reduces production costs, thus it has been widely applied and researched.
2、 Working principle
The nitrogen hydrogenation deoxygenation purification technology is to remove oxygen through hydrogenation and prepare high-purity gas on this basis. Its working principle is as follows:
1. Deoxygenation reaction
Oxygen reacts with hydrogen under high temperature and pressure, generating water vapor and releasing a large amount of heat. Therefore, effective control of the heat generated during the reaction process is necessary to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
2. Remove impurities
After the above reaction, impurities in the gas other than deoxygenation will be converted into harmless substances and removed through various filters. This achieves the removal of impurities from the gas.
3. Boosting
After oxygen is converted into water vapor, the gas needs to be pressurized to achieve the pressure required for high-purity gas. Meanwhile, pressurization can also make the gas purer and remove impurities from it.
4. Hydrogenation
During the pressurization process, hydrogen gas needs to be added to the gas. Under the action of the catalyst, residual oxygen in the gas will be reduced to water vapor and adsorbed on the surface of the catalyst. So, hydrogenation is an indispensable step in this technology.
5. Purification
In the above reaction, the generated water vapor will be converted into liquid water through a condenser and then removed. And other impurities in the gas, such as pollutants, aerosols, and gas residues, will also be removed through various filters.
