Gas purification (DCZ-11 type carbon addition deoxygenation) adopts a hydrogen free purification process - palladium carbon fiber combustion method deoxygenation according to the requirements of the user's process. Its working principle is that the nitrogen gas from the nitrogen generator is heated and enters the deoxidizer equipped with carbon fibers. The oxygen in the nitrogen gas and the carbon loaded with catalyst undergo the following chemical reaction under the action of the catalyst: C+O2=CO2


Under the action of the catalyst, the chemical reaction is completed, and the residual oxygen content in the deoxygenated nitrogen gas can be less than 0.1 ppm. The deoxygenated nitrogen enters the adsorber equipped with molecular sieves after cooling, and the moisture and CO2 in the nitrogen are deeply adsorbed by the molecular sieves. After filtration, high-purity nitrogen can be obtained. The advantage of this process is that there is no hydrogen content in the product nitrogen, making it particularly suitable for situations with strict requirements for hydrogen content. However, the deoxidizer (palladium carbon fiber) inside the deoxidizer is consumable. The deoxidizer replacement cycle of the device we designed for your company is one month. After one month of use, the deoxidizer can be switched to ensure continuous production. Another fully reacted deoxidizer needs to be replaced with a new deoxidizer. In order to consider the convenience of material replacement in the later stage, we have designed feeding and discharging ports to simplify the material replacement process (each replacement only takes 5 minutes).
