Product principle

Pressure swing adsorption hydrogen production device with hydrogen containing mixed gas (ammonia decomposition gas, methanol reforming, natural gas reforming, etc.) as raw materials, through a special molecular sieve, using the principle of pressure swing adsorption to obtain hydrogen at room temperature equipment. According to the difference in the adsorption amount of hydrogen and nitrogen in the gas on the molecular sieve surface and the difference in the diffusion rate of hydrogen and nitrogen in the carbon molecular sieve, the programmable controller is used to control the opening and closing of the program control valve to realize the process of pressurized adsorption and decompression desorption, complete the separation of hydrogen and nitrogen and obtain the required purity of hydrogen.
