PSA oxygen nitrogen separation equipment working principle

The adsorption tower equipped with special zeolite molecular sieve has A and B, when the clean compressed air enters the entrance end of the tower through the zeolite molecular sieve to the exit end, N2, CO2, H2O is adsorbed by it, and the product oxygen flows out of the adsorption tower exit end after A period of time. The zeolite molecular sieve in Tower A is saturated by adsorption, and then Tower A automatically stops adsorption. The compressed air flows into Tower B for nitrogen absorption and oxygen production, and the molecular sieve of Tower A is regenerated. Regeneration of molecular sieve is achieved by rapidly descending the adsorption column to NC, O2, H2O adsorbed at atmospheric pressure. The two towers are alternately adsorbed and regenerated to complete the separation of oxygen and nitrogen and the continuous output of oxygen. The above processes are controlled by a programmable controller. When the oxygen purity of the outlet is less than the set value, the PLC program acts, the automatic vent valve is opened, and the unqualified oxygen is automatically vented to ensure that the unqualified oxygen flows to the gas point. When the gas is discharged, the noise is reduced to less than 85 decibels by using a silencer.

About operating energy consumption

1, oxygen generator action and energy saving effect

The oxygen adsorption tower is switched once per minute, and the pressure boost time of each switch is only 1 to 2 seconds, that is to say, the instantaneous gas consumption is very large, if there is no buffering effect of the gas storage tank, the compressed air directly enters the system in the instant can not handle a lot of compressed air, so that a lot of compressed air containing water and oil directly enters the oxygen generator, which must poison the molecular sieve. Shorten the service life of molecular sieve, reduce the gas production rate, and increase the user's operating cost.

2, provide a stable air source

If there is a storage tank in the oxygen generator system, the output air of the main engine has a buffer, the air source can be better maintained at a set value, and the gas system can get a stable pressure, which is necessary for the use of modern factories.

3. Good air quality

The compressed air out of the oxygen generator is mainly sent to the air storage tank, where the air will stay for a certain time, can accumulate foreign bodies such as impurities and water in the air, and the temperature of the compressed air is also reduced, even if there is no freeze dryer, it can also send relatively high-quality air.

4, in fact, the role of savings is a reservoir, the air compressor is an air source, and the gas storage tank is a pool. The gas storage tank can balance the air pressure within a certain pressure scale according to the setting, buffer the uncertainty of the air pressure, reduce the number of launches of the main engine, and other gas storage tanks can also play the function of accumulating foreign bodies such as impurities and water in the air.


About Safe use

1, do not put in the sun, rain, wind or relative humidity greater than 85% of the place. Do not place in dusty, corrosive or flammable gas environment. Do not place in areas where there is a risk of vibration or condensation freezing. Do not get too close to the wall to prevent poor ventilation. It is necessary to use in the environment with corrosive gases, and the dryer with copper tube treated with rust prevention or stainless steel heat exchanger type should be selected. It should be used at ambient temperature below 40 degrees.

2, the inlet of compressed air should not be connected incorrectly. In order to facilitate repair, to ensure repair space, should be set up bypass pipeline. To prevent the vibration of the air compressor to the dryer. Pipe weight should not be added directly to the dryer.

3, the drain pipe do not stand up, do not discount or squish.

4, the power supply voltage promise is not firm less than 10%. Leakage break protectors of appropriate capacity should be provided. Grounding is necessary before use.

5, the compressed air inlet temperature is too high, the ambient temperature is too high (more than 40 degrees), the use of flow beyond the rated amount of air, the voltage is not firm more than 10%, ventilation is too poor (winter also to change air, otherwise the room temperature will rise), and other cases, the protection circuit will play a role, the indicator light off, intermittent operation.

6. When the air pressure is higher than 0.15MPa, the drain of the normally open automatic drainer can be closed. When the displacement of the cold and dry machine is too small, the drain is open and air is blown out.

7, the compressed air quality is poor, such as mixed with dust and oil, these stolen goods will adhere to the heat exchanger, reduce its efficiency, and drainage is also easy to fail. Expect a filter to be set at the inlet of the dryer and acknowledge drainage at least once a day.

8. The vent of the dryer should be vacuumed once a month.

9. Switch on the power supply, and then switch on the compressed air after the operation is stable. After interrupted operation, it is necessary to wait more than 3 minutes before starting again.

10, if the use of automatic drainage, should often check whether the drainage function is normal. Always clean the dust on the condenser. Always check the pressure of the refrigerant to determine whether the refrigerant leaks and whether the capacity of the refrigerator has changed. Check whether the temperature of the condensate removal water is normal.


About maintenance reminder

1. Maintenance time of air compressor: the first guarantee is 500 hours, and the future work is maintained every 3000 hours.

2. Air compressor maintenance content: Replace air compressor oil, replace internal accessories: oil filter, air filter, oil core.

3. Air purification end maintenance: air four-stage filtration needs to replace the filter element, depending on the surrounding environment, the general filter element replacement in about 6000 hours.

4. Freeze dryer: Generally not needed, if necessary, add refrigerant.

5. Adsorption dryer maintenance: Replace the raw material activated alumina or molecular sieve, depending on the frequency of use, the general replacement time is 1 to 2 years.

6. Supercharger equipment maintenance: regularly replace the piston ring, add grease, etc.
